Please ensure that our storage pocket is securely attached to the side of the cot. It is important to ensure that the storage pocket does not sag or hang too low, as this could create a potential hazard for your baby.
Please do not store any heavy or bulky items in the storage pocket, as this could cause it to become unstable and could result in it detaching from the cot. Additionally, please ensure that the contents of the storage pocket are always kept out of reach of your baby.
Finally, please inspect the cot organiser storage pocket regularly for any signs of wear and tear or damage. If any issues are found, discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team for assistance.

If you are in-between sizes, we'd suggest sizing down if you like your dresses more fitted, and sizing up if you prefer them with a little extra room. They're designed to drape over your curves beautifully and are very forgiving!
Our L/XL dress has been made with an additional 5cm width, so it will fit up to a size 22.
Don’t worry, if you receive your dress and feel the sizing isn’t right for you, we do offer exchanges or refunds on items returned in their original condition.

It's really important to follow our suggested washing instructions for your dresses to keep them looking great. Please do not put them in the dryer!!
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders $180 or over within Australia!
We have a $10 flat delivery rate Australia wide for all orders below $180, or $15 for Express Shipping (delivered via Australia Post).
